Customers who shop at the EQUIP GROUP can now enrol for the EQUIP ELITE Customer Loyalty Program (“EECLP”) where loyalty points accumulated can be converted into cash voucher/s. Our Customer Loyalty Program is powered by a Cloud-based app software, so you can check your loyalty points anytime on the go. Cash vouchers can be redeemed for services and products at any of our Participating Partner Vendors (“PPVs”). Terms and conditions apply.

Our PPVs in Singapore are segmented into five lifestyle categories:

• Beauty & Fashion
• Food & Beverage 
• Home & Living 
• Motoring 

How do I redeem my cash voucher/s?

1. Enrol in the EECLP once you make a purchase at our EQUIP GROUP showrooms (i.e., Equip-Design and/or Equip-Bathrooms).
2. Every dollar spent in an invoice earns you loyalty points.

$1.00 = 1 loyalty point

$100.00 = 100 loyalty points

3. Conversion of loyalty points into cash voucher/s:

20 loyalty points = $1 cash voucher

For example:

If you shop at EQUIP GROUP and the total invoice value is $2,000.00 (before GST), you would have earned 2,000 loyalty points which equates to a $100.00 cash voucher.

4. Cash vouchers are available only in $100.00, $50.00 and $30.00 denominations.
   
   
   

5. To redeem this cash voucher, please come into our EQUIP GROUP showroom and notify our Sales Team. Our Sales Team will then issue the physical cash voucher/s to you. You can now visit any of our PPVs to redeem for their wide range of luxury lifestyle services and products. Our cash vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months. You can also redeem these cash vouchers immediately after you have made your purchase at EQUIP GROUP. Terms and conditions apply.
